Quality policy


The Quality policy is being created, implemented and maintained by the leading management of Translog, following an intensive communication with all the competent persons and it is being accepted and therefore binding for all employees. It respects the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2015, to be consistent with the objectives and the context of the organization and to support its strategic goals. It also clearly represents the commitment of the organization to achieve the satisfaction of the customer, through continuous improvement of the quality management system.

Based on the abovementioned, the following objectives of the Quality policy are being defined:
1. Constantly practicing innovation - Particular objective: delivering variable offers to up to 40% of the customers.
2. Improving the quality of the work - Particular objective: annual reduction of the detected inconsistencies of 5%.
3. Improving flexibility - Particular objective: annual increase of 10%.
4. Improving the working efficiency - Particular objective: annual increase of 5%.
5. Improving the diversification of services - Particular objective: Introduction of a new service within 1 year.

The fulfilling of these objectives should lead to the fulfillment of the most important objective:
Increasing the customer satisfaction - Particular objective: annual increase of 2%.
